When will my order ship?
Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Are any purchases final sale?
Because each custom order is made just for you, we can't take personalized items back. But if something arrives wrong or damaged, tell us and we'll make it right.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products are handmade in-house with materials sourced both locally and globally. For our manufactured products, we carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Hopefully soon! Please signup up for our international shipping waitlist to be notified when it's available.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
